It is a good idea to start with a sample pack if you’re trying a new tea for the first time. To achieve the best results consider experimenting with steeping methods, such as adjusting the water temperature, steeping time, or tea quantity, as these factors can greatly affect the flavor.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of tea as a consumable product, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as an error or defect, we are more than happy to provide a solution, including a refund, on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery date and provide a photo. We will address the issue promptly and offer a replacement or other appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.
