To prepare a perfect cup of our herbal tea, use one or two heaping spoons of tea per cup (8oz) of hot water. Pour hot water over the tea and cover to retain the aromatic oils. Allow the tea to steep for 10-15 minutes. Savor and enjoy the delightful flavors!
